Terms and Conditions
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you during the course of the next business day although we will notify you of any delay from third parties. We have the right to reject or cancel an accepted order.
For Non-UK customers – due to the current fluctuating worldwide shipping charges, we may need to contact the customer if there is a shipping charge supplement, giving the customer the option to cancel the order if required. The shipping charge does not include any possible taxes, import or custom fees that may apply on receipt of goods.
Local back orders and pre orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Deposits placed on back orders, pre orders or for future installations will be non refundable
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included in our prices.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GB Sterling or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Access, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo. You may send your credit card information via phone, or the internet. We also accept BACS transfer on request.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products we supply come with a manufacturer guarantee which does not affect your statutory rights. Thule will guarantee all products for two years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser only. Thule will only guarantee products from the original purchaser.
RETURN OF GOODS
Goods must be returned with original unopened packaging & labels in perfect unused condition. You will be required to return the goods to us upon cancellation; the cost of this will be at your own expense. Under the regulations you have an obligation to take reasonable care of goods you wish to return. We reserve the right to charge you costs for recovery of cancelled goods should you fail to return the goods. We will only charge the direct costs associated should we need to enforce this action – you can request a copy of receipts for costs incurred in the recovery of cancelled goods should you fail to comply with the terms herein.
For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly the cost of returning the goods would be at your own expense. Shipping costs in the delivery of goods will not be refunded. Goods ordered incorrectly will also incur a 10% processing and admin fee against the cost of the goods. This only includes small spare parts but not including items listed as pre-order or special order. Large items such as awnings, tents, bike racks, smart panels, rooms, furniture, adapters, roof racks, ladders, boxes, steps, locks, vents, child bike seats, all accessories, roof tents and accessories, special orders and items listed as pre order will be non-returnable.
